> 3 months of chemotherapy induced peripheral polyneuropathy (at least WHO grade II)
- completed chemotherapy
- sufficient knowledge of the German language
- written informed consent
- severe mental or physical disease that prevent study participation
- pregnancy
- systemic-neurological diseases (multiple sclerosis, parkinson, dementia)
- tumour-associated neuropathy or other causes of neuropathic pain (diabetes, radicular symptoms, alcohol/drug abuse)
- other acupuncture treatment during study phase
