Inclusion Criteria
Healthy young adult man; age between 18 and 35 years old; able to run 10 km in less than 60 minutes.
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of cardiovascular or joint diseases; use of medication for continuous use; regular consumption of food supplement or stimulants.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Check if capsaicin supplementation is efficient to improve the running time in the distance of 10km for amateur athletes; a comparison will be made between the averages of the final time between the race that the participants ingested capsaicin and the race in which they took a placebo; difference between the final run time with capsaicin and placebo (negative delta value) is greater than or equal to 79.17 seconds. Statistical significance set at 0.05%.
