Inclusion Criteria
Vamana yogya
Age between 18 years to 60 years
Patients having clinical features of hypothyroidism
Chronicity of hypothyroidism below 5 years
Primary hypothyroidism
Exclusion Criteria
Vamana ayogya
Diseases like uncontrolled hypertension, asthma, heart disease, pregnancy & other systemic disorders which may lead the patient to fatal condition during VamanaKarma
Patient with congenital, secondary and autoimmune hypothyroidism.
Drug (Amiodarone, Lithium) induced hypothyroidism
Patient taking medicine for hypothyroidism more than 5 years.
If S.TSH level is more than 100mI
