- •1\) anatomically unsuitable target artery for OCT 2\) patients who have had heart failure (NYHA \>III) 3\) renal insufficiency with baseline creatinine level \> 2\.0 mg/dL except for those under hemodialysis 4\) who had a history of cancer in the previous 5 years 5\) who were under inflammatory conditions such as active infections, inflammatory arthritis, or connective tissue disease.
