Inclusion Criteria
the health examinee who undergone upper and lower endoscopy at our center
Exclusion Criteria
1. subjects were excluded due to the lack of information on the result of biopsy (ex. the refusal by the subject).
2. subjects who did not answer to the questionnaires were excluded from the study.
3. The cases with inadequate medical records were excluded.
