- •1\.Body Mass Index (BMI \> 35kg/m2\)
- •2\.Male or female, Age between 18 years\-65 years
- •3\.ASA I\-1V
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age \< 18 years
- •2\.Patient refusal to give consent
- •3\.Hemodynamically unstable patients
- •4\.Conversion to open surgery
- •5\.History of pneumothorax
- •6\.Severe asthma
- •7\.Cardiac failure
- •8\.Patients using CPAP machine preoperatively
