Inclusion Criteria
All patients using Tablet Hydroxychloroquine for more than 12 +/- 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with any ocular infection, or any other ocular disease like glaucoma, optic nerve and retinal diseases, uveitis, previous ocular surgeries, refractive errors and media opacity
(Refractive error greater than +/- 6D sphere or +/- 3D cylindrical)
2. Patients with renal/ liver dysfunction.
3. Patients on concomitant Tamoxifen therapy.
4. Parents not willing to participate.
