Female or male, aged above 60 years old
Normal BMI (18-23 kg/m2)
Able to communicate, understand and follow the command
Normal cognitive performance
Able to walk independently
Respiratory muscle strength < 70% predicted level
Blood pressure >180/120 mmHg at rest
Heart rate > 120 times/minute at rest
Musculoskeletal disease (e.g. severe OA of knee) or neurological disease (e.g. Stroke, Spinal cord injury, Parkinson) that affect to walk
History of COPD or Asthma diagnosis form doctor
Medical diagnosis psychological disorder
Pulmonary disease
History of thoracic surgery
Serve scoliosis
