Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age between 18years to 40 years
- •2\. Women planned for elective caesarean section with peripartum hysterectomy for placenta acrreta spectrum diseases
- •3\. ASA Â II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Presence of active bleeding
- •2\. Women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases,GDM
- •3\. Women with known fetal abnormaltiesÂ
- •4\. Growth restricted fetus having chronic asphyxia ( prev. Abnormal non\-stress test and biophysical profile \<6\)Â Â
- •5\. Refusal to participate
