Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age between 18years to 40 years
  • •2\. Women planned for elective caesarean section with peripartum hysterectomy for placenta acrreta spectrum diseases
  • •3\. ASA  II

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Presence of active bleeding
  • •2\. Women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases,GDM
  • •3\. Women with known fetal abnormaltiesÂ
  • •4\. Growth restricted fetus having chronic asphyxia ( prev. Abnormal non\-stress test and biophysical profile \<6\) Â
  • •5\. Refusal to participate
