Inclusion Criteria

1. Age between 18years to 40 years

2. Women planned for elective caesarean section with peripartum hysterectomy for placenta acrreta spectrum diseases

3. ASA  II

Exclusion Criteria

1. Presence of active bleeding

2. Women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases,GDM

3. Women with known fetal abnormalties 

4. Growth restricted fetus having chronic asphyxia ( prev. Abnormal non-stress test and biophysical profile <6)  

5. Refusal to participate
