入选标准
- •â€¢Diagnosis of plantar fasciitis, with clinical start up pain of heel ,tenderness at medial tubercle of calcaneal tuberosity and plantar fascia thickness greater than 4 mm, as assessed using ultrasonography (Sonosite, Bothell, WA 98021 USA)
- •â€¢Age more than 20 years old
- •â€¢Painful symptoms for three months or more
- •â€¢Ability to come to the hospital for evaluation and treatment
排除标准
- •â€¢using a heart pacemaker or anticoagulant medication
- •â€¢coagulopathy and other musculoskeletal conditions of any etiology with clinical manifestations in the lower limbs and spine
- •â€¢central or peripheral neuropathy
- •â€¢systemic inflammatory disease, associated metabolic and endocrine diseases and psychiatric disorders
- •â€¢previous surgery of the foot
- •â€¢previous fracture of ankle and foot
- •â€¢previous corticosteroid injection at plantar fascia within 3 months
