inclusion: In patients in psychiatry de-addiction ward.
Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
Age group 18 and above.
Exclusion Criteria
exclusion: Patients diagnosed with psychosis.
Severe medical illness or injuries.
Other substance abuse(except nicotine)
