Inclusion Criteria

1.) Diagnosed cases of knee joint osteoarthritis.

2.) Patient showing symptoms of osteoarthritis of knee joint.

3.) Patients with grade I,II,III according to Kellgren - Lawrence scale.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with gross pathological changes.

2. Grade -4 of Osteoarthritis of knee joint according to Kellgren - Lawrence scale.

3. Cases with malignancies and other autoimmune diseases of the knee joint.

4. Cases with other severe systemic illness.

5. Patients not giving consent for the study.

6. Patient not able to fulfill KOOS scale questionnaire.

7. Patients involve in other clinical trials.

8. Patients using modern medicines.

9. Patients has taken any surgical procedures in joints.

To explore and compare the scope of Individualised Homoeopathic medicine and Homoeopathic Pathological similimum in the treatment of Osteoarthritis using KOOS scale of questionnaireTimepoint: The study will be undertaken for a period of eighteen months out of which cases will be registered for first nine months with follow up period will be for next nine months so that nine months follow up can be obtained from the last case
