- •Age over 18 years old; Neurosurgical intensive care unit patients who need mechanical ventilation in the first 24 hours before or after neurosurgery; Stable hemodynamic.
- •Exclusion criteria: Neuromuscular diseases; History of taking neuromuscular blocker medications; Pregnancy; Opium addiction.
