Age between 20 and 25 years, Ginoid Hydrolipodystrophy in grades I or II, availability to participate in the interventions (twice a week), phototype II, III and IV according to the Fitzpatrick classification and body mass index (BMI) between 18, 5 and 24.9
Having obesity, smoking, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, difficulties in understanding simple verbal command, performing physical activity frequently, having a diagnosis of some neurological sequel and some level of lower limb amputation

Name Time Method Minimize the appearance of gluteal orange peel and posterior thigh region, as assessed by photography and improve the appearance of the skin in the orange peel test.
