- •ASA physical status I\-III
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal by patients for the procedure
- •Patients with pre existing cognitive dysfunction
- •Patients who presented with MMSE less than 23
- •Pre existing cardiac disease, neurological condition, severe respiratory disease etc
- •Coagulopathy
- •Allergy to drugs used
