- •Patients with primary achalasia cardia planned for Laparoscopic Heller Cardiomyotomy
- •Fit for general anesthesia
- •Willng to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Secondary Achalasia
- •Patient not willing to participate in the study
- •Patient not fit for general anesthesia
- •History of previous hiatal surgery
