Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •BETWEEN 18 YEARS AND 65 YEARS OF AGE
  • •PATIENTS WITH FRACTURE NECK OF FEMUR OR IT FRACTURE FOR SURGERY UNDER SUB ARACHNOID BLOCK

Exclusion Criteria

  • •PATIENTS NOT SATISFYING INCLUSION CRITERIA.
  • •WITH MAJOR NEUROLOGICAL CARDIAC RESPIRATORY METABOLIC RENAL HEPATIC DISEASE OR COAGULATION ABNORMALITIES
  • •WITH CONTRAINDICATION FOR SPINAL ANESTHESIA
  • •WITH HISTORY OF FEMORAL BYPASS SURGERIES.
  • •WITH POLYTRAUMA AND INFECTION OVER INJECTION SITE
