- •History Of Gestational Diabetes Or Chronic D Diabetes Hypertensive Disorders Of Pregnancy Cardiovascular Insufficiency Body Mass Index More Than 40 kg/m² History Of Allergy To Dexamethasone Participants With Underlying Medical Conditions Using Long Term Steroids Patient Refusal To Participate In The Study.

时间窗: Baseline (Pre-Spinal) Then Every 1 Minute For First 20 Minutes After Spinal Anesthesia And Every 5 Minutes Thereafter Until The End Of Surgery
