  • subacute hemiparesis
  • Functional Ambulation Classification <4

排除标准

  • previous neurological deficits
  • Glasgow Coma Scale <13
  • Complete sensory deficit in the lower limbs
  • Levels of Cognitive Functioning ≤5
  • polyneuropathy
  • contraindications to mobilization/verticalization
