Inclusion Criteria
- •known stage 2 empyema
- •candidate for VATS surgery or fibrinolytic injection
- •age range 15\-1 years
- •parental consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •previous lung and chest surgery
- •Having a coagulation disorder
- •prohibition of the use of fibrinolytic drugs
