Inclusion Criteria
- •severe primary and secondary ARDS with curative therapy option, Horrowitz index \<100, pH value \<7\.2 despite high\-invasive ventilation consent to the study, age\> 16 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •prolonged malignant disease, pulmonary fibrosis, prolonged invasive ventilation\> 14 days, Bone marrow transplantation, biological age\> 75 years, lack of consent to the study
