- •Enfants âgés de 3 à 10 ans, répondant au diagnostic d’autisme typique selon les critères diagnostiques d’autisme de la classification de l’OMS (CIM-10) et dont les parents ont donné un consentement libre, éclairé et écrit.

排除标准
- •Patients autistes épileptiques traités par des anticomitiaux ou ayant des lésions du SNC.
- •Patients autistes recevant un traitement psychotrope (métylphénidate ou neuroleptiques atypiques)
- •Patients présentant des désordres électrolytiques.
- •Patients présentant une hypersensibilité connue aux sulfamides
- •Patients présentant une insuffisance hépatique ou rénale.
- •Patients présentant un allongement du QT à l’électrocardiogramme.
- •Patients autistes dont la CARS est inférieure à 30
