Inclusion Criteria
All babies born at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital at gestational age >=35 weeks of gestation in whom delayed cord clamping practice is followed will be eligible for enrollment
Exclusion Criteria
Baby with Craniofacial anomalies, chromosomal disorders, haemolytic disease, multiple gestation, third-trimester maternal infection, chorioamnionitis, APGAR score <5 at 5 min, sepsis, cord blood not collected, or auditory evaluation unable to be performed. Anaemia at birth.Parent refusal to consent.

Name Time Method ABR Wave latencies in neonates with latent iron deficiency and normal iron status at 4-6 months of age. <br/ ><br>Neurodevelopmental outcome in neonates with latent iron deficiency and sufficient iron status at 4-6 months of age. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Eligible babies will be enrolled at birth and will be followed at 4-6 months of age
