•1.Newly diagnosed, treatment naÃ¯ve patients with cervical or epithelial ovarian cancer.
•2.Without other medical co-morbid conditions e.g. diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hypothyroidism, auto-immune disorders etc.
•3.European Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance score 0-2.
•4.Age: 18-65 years
•For Control:
•1.Apparently healthy female without known co-morbidities
•2.Age: 18-65 years.

•1.cervical and epithelial ovarian cancer patients with relapsed
•2.Patients who have received surgery, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radiation therapy or hormonal therapy in the past.
•3.Patients suffering from psychological illness or taking medicine for psychological illness
•4.Patient with past history of any cancer having co morbid conditions
•For Control:
•1.Women having co morbid conditions e.g. diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hypothyroidism, auto-immune disorders etc.
•2.Current or past history of cancer.
•3.Participant suffering from psychological illness or taking medicine for psychological illness
