Inclusion Criteria
A diagnosed case of primary congenital glaucoma according to Childhood Glaucoma Research Network classification.
Both eyes cornea clear enough to visualize angle structures
Exclusion Criteria
More than 3 years of age.
Any glaucoma other than primary congenital glaucoma according to Childhood Glaucoma Research Network classification.
Cornea clarity precluding view of angle structures.
Patients who have undergone previous intraocular surgery.

Name Time Method Decrease in intraocular pressure. <br/ ><br>Decrease in antiglaucoma medications. <br/ ><br>Axial length stability. <br/ ><br>Improvement in cornea clarity. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 6, 9, 12 month <br/ ><br>
