Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Included are generally healthy women and men aged \= 65 to 85 years who still live independently in their own household and who do not have (i) diagnosed brain injuries or cognitive impairments, (ii) physical impairments (e.g. cane or walker) and (iii) chronic neurological diseases (e.g. multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease) are present.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Excluded are persons younger than 65 years of age and over 85 years, not living independently, and who have diagnosed (i) brain injuries or cognitive impairments, (ii) physical impairments (e.g. cane or walker), and (iii) chronic neurological diseases (e.g., multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease). Furthermore, people are excluded who regularly take medication that has an impact on physical and mental performance. Apart from the inclusion and exclusion criteria mentioned, there are no further restrictions on participation.
