Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The primary endpoint was the relative number (a/b) of orders from the target dish (a) to the total number of all orders from the children's menu (b). For this purpose, the restaurant owner queried the order data from the POS system on site. Since each order has to be recorded in the POS system with a clearly assignable dish number, date and price, objective information was thus available to operationalise our research question.

It is therefore not a study on or with people, but an analysis of transmitted turnover figures, on the basis of which the number of orders is derived and thus the main target criterion (food choices) is recorded.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Secondary endpoint (additional analyses): All order data for the other nine main dishes from the children's menu were also extracted from the digital POS system.
