- To assess the effectiveness of Homeopathic Medicines in cases of Allergic rhinitis by comparing the pre- and post- scores of Sino Nasal Outcome Test (SNOT-22).

Brief Summary
To manage the role of individualized homoeopathic medicine in cases of allergic rhinitis.
• Null Hypothesis (H0) – Homoeopathic medicines are not effective in managing cases of Allergic Rhinitis in paediatric age group.
• Alternate hypothesis (H1) – Homoeopathic medicines are effective in managing cases of Allergic Rhinitis in paediatric age group.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Nose: sneezing, nasal congestion or blockage, nasal discharge (runny nose), and a scratchy palate and nose.
- •Eye: red eyes (concomitant allergic conjunctivitis), swollen eyes, and bilateral itching eyes.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals who decline to consent to the study.
- •Patients who have been diagnosed with additional autoimmune and systemic diseases.
- •The situations that call for rescue or emergency care.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
To assess the effectiveness of Homeopathic Medicines in cases of Allergic rhinitis by comparing the pre- and post- scores of Sino Nasal Outcome Test (SNOT-22).
Time Frame: Pre score will be taken at the baseline of | treatment and post scores will be assessed at | the end of 3 months using Sino Nasal Outcome Test (SNOT-22)
Secondary Outcomes
- To observe any changes in IgE level.(3 months)
