Inclusion Criteria
1. Unilatearal sudden sensorineural hearing loss <= 14days 2.Audiogram shows Pure Tone Average :PTA > 30 bD at least 3 frequency
Exclusion Criteria
1. no stroke/brain tumor 2.no history of ear/head truama 3. no history of ototoxic drug use 4.no history of loud noise exposure 5. no history of ear infection 6. no history of steroid use within 1 month 7. no history of steroid allergy/ immunocompromised host/ DM 8.no history of GI bleeding 9. no pregnancy or breast feeding
