Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •( 1 ) The results of oral glucose tolerance test ( OGTT ) should be consistent with the diagnosis of prediabetes currently used in China. Criteria : 6\.1 \= fasting blood glucose \< 7\.0 and / or 7\.8 \= OGTT 2\-hour blood glucose \< 11\.1\.
- •( 2 ) Infrequent regular physical activity or fitness exercise
- •( 3 ) 18\-60 years of age to participate voluntarily, have a certain ability to read and act.
- •( 4 ) Subjects informed consent and voluntary participation in research, signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •( 1 ) those who have serious organ diseases or disturbance of consciousness.
- •( 2 ) have exercise contraindications, can not exercise intervention.
- •( 3 ) Patients who took / used any drugs known to affect metabolism ( such as ß\-blockers ) or body weight ( such as thyroid substitutes, antidepressants ) in the short term or during the experiment.
