- •(1\) all adults (Age \= 18 years at the time of transplant),
- •(2\) all transplant recipients (autologous/ allogeneic)
- •(3\) those willing to adhere to the app\-based meditation practice for the period of the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\)Those not willing to consent
- •(2\)Those without access to a smartphone
