Inclusion Criteria
(1) all adults (Age = 18 years at the time of transplant),
(2) all transplant recipients (autologous/ allogeneic)
(3) those willing to adhere to the app-based meditation practice for the period of the study
Exclusion Criteria
(1)Those not willing to consent
(2)Those without access to a smartphone
