- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Mean difference of proposed and actually implemented (i.e. perceived as helpful by patients) optimization measures in the intervention group (automated and personalized complexity analysis) compared to the control group (automated complexity analysis without standardized personalization).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Type and number of complexity factors detected by the tool
- Type and number of complexity factors proposed by the pharmacy staff for intervention
- Type and number of optimization measures proposed by pharmacy staff
- Type and number of optimization measures that reduced complexity for the patient
- Evaluation of the relevance of the automated-identifiable complexity factors for the patients
- Identification of further, non-automated-identified complexity factors by means of additional general, open questions
- Identification of barriers or facilitating factors in the implementation of the tool.
- Identification of barriers or facilitating factors in the implementation of the optimization measures for reducing complexity
- Evaluation of the tool by the pharmacy staff (e.g. applicability, integrability into patient consultation)
- Identification of optimization potentials of the tool
