Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy adult men and women who exercised for more than 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those who have pain in the muscles for electromyography measurement
- •Those who cannot perform squat movements
- •Those who took muscle relaxants on the day of exercise
- •Those with pain in the soles of the feet and muscle pain around the joints at the time of study
