1.critically †ill trauma patient (Definition was patient that has one clinical of one system of organ failure)
2.Age 18-65 year
3.Trauma patient that was got treatment in Siriraj Hospital in 6 hrs of post injury period.
4.No history of using immunosuppressive agents such as steriods or NSAID medication prior to injury period.
5.No underlying diseases that can interfere serum albumin level sush as liver disease, kidney disease, or autoimmune disease.
1.non critically-ill trauma patient
2.Age <18 year or >65 year
3.Trauma patient that was got treatment in Siriraj Hospital after 6 hrs of post injury period.
4.History of using immunosuppressive agents such as steriods or NSAID medication prior to injury period.
5.Patient with underlying diseases that can interfere serum albumin level sush as liver disease, kidney disease, or autoimmune disease.
6.Cannot get informed consent
7.Patient that got albumin supplement therapy as treatment.
