Group 1- Patients undergoing tonsillectomy with or without adnenoidectomy

Group2 - Patients undergoing appendicectomy or repair of fractures

Exclusion Criteria

EXCLUSION CRITERIA IN BOTH GROUPS
Patients with hepatic, renal or cardiac sequelae.
Learning difficulties.
Coagulation defects.
Allergy to NSAIDS.
