- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find clearing and reduction of melasma within 16 weeks, verified by the MASI Index, which assesses the impairment, color and homogeneity of this dermatological condition. This improvement will be noticed if there is a drop in the values measured in the evaluations carried out before, during and after the intervention.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find an improvement in the subjective satisfaction of melasma in the participants evaluated and submitted to the interventions. This criterion will be evaluated by a Satisfaction Scale, with the improvement being observed with the highest rating in satisfaction: very satisfied (=75%), satisfied (50 to <75%), slightly satisfied (25 to <50% ) or dissatisfied (<25%).;It is expected to find an improvement in the quality of life of the study participants who underwent the interventions. It will be evaluated through the MelasQol-BP Quality of Life Questionnaire, with the improvement observed with the increase in values, that is, the higher the value, the better the individual's quality of life. The result is computed from 10 to 70 points and the participants answer the questions according to how they feel about their skin.
