- •class one molar extraction socket
Exclusion Criteria
- •pregnant females psychiatric problems

conventional
conventional without anything only immediate dental implant covering by soft tissue graft
Intervention: soft tissue graft covering immediate dental implant (Procedure)
Split thickness
split thickness graft before covering immediate implant
