Inclusion Criteria
All the pregnancies with hypertension irrespective of gestation period.
Newly diagnosed cases during intrapartum period or immediate postpartum.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having chronic renal disease not due to hypertension. SLE , Connective tissue disorder , Heart Disease , Molar pregnanc.
All women in antenatal period with other causes of seizures like cerebral malaria,
epilepsy etc
