- •All pediatric patients above 1 year of age, ASA 1-2 undergoing elective and emergency major surgeries which includes laparotomies, orthopedic surgeries of lower limbs

- •less than 1 year of age
- •headn and neck surgeries
- •deranged coagulation profile
- •refusal to consent by parents
- •spine deformities
