Inclusion Criteria
Venous leg ulcer, no necrotic tissue, wound area below 4x8 cm2
Exclusion Criteria
- Unwillingness to study
- Clinical signs of infection
- Arterial insufficiency ( ABI < 0.7 or absolute ankle pressure < 70 mmHg )
- No clinical of peripheral arterial disease and acute DVT
- Hypersensitivity to any of the dressing components
- Unwillingness to use sanitary napkins
