Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. A clinical diagnosis of idiopathic PD with a disease severity rating of stage 1 to 2\.5 on Hoehn and Yahr scale (Supplement 2\) within the past two months
- •2\. Age above 18 years
- •3\. Participants who can give written consent
- •4\. Not on any formal rehabilitation
- •5\. Home access to video calling facility
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Current participation in any other trial or formal rehabilitation program
- •2\. Cognitive impairment as indicated by a Mini Mental Status Examination (MMSE) score of below 23
- •3\. Other debilitating conditions eg. Hearing or visual impairment that can impede full participation in the study
- •4\. Inability to perform rehabilitation therapy for any reason
