1)Participants who had a primary complaint of Nonspecific low back pain of at least 6 weeks duration and were referred to Physiotherapy O.P.D.
2) Both male and female patients in the age group of 20 years to 60 years.
3)The patients who will score 4 -7 points on an 11-point Numeric Pain Rating scale.
4)Subjects who give their consent to this study procedure and are willing to refrain from non-study procedure therapies for the management of low back pain throughout study participation.
1)Individuals will be excluded if they report other musculoskeletal or neurological conditions
2)Patients who had structural scoliosis, metastatic, or metabolic diseases and had undergone spinal surgery.
3)Osteoporosis with compression fractures
4)Congenital deformity of spine
5)Cancer or cancer treatment in the past 6 months
6)Active infection, wound, other external trauma to the treatment area
7)Pregnant or breastfeeding participants.
