Inclusion Criteria

Non opacity kidney stones
All patient with staghorn, calyceal or pelvic stone who are candidate for percutaneus nephrolithotomy (PCNL)

Exclusion Criteria

Under 12 years of age
uncorrected coagulation disorder
active urinary tract infection
