Inclusion Criteria
- •Non opacity kidney stones
- •All patient with staghorn, calyceal or pelvic stone who are candidate for percutaneus nephrolithotomy (PCNL)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Under 12 years of age
- •uncorrected coagulation disorder
- •active urinary tract infection
