1. Patient Aged 18-65 years of both sexes
2. Presence of Features of Eczematous Dermatitis (erythema, exudation, lichenification, scales and crusts, papules, vesicles) for minimum of 6 months
3. Presence of Eczematous lesions especially on flexural surfaces but may have low grade involvement of any part of body.
4. Presence of Pruritis for minimum of 6 months
5. Patients giving written consent and complying with study procedures
1.Cases of Eczema with a definite history of exposure to an irritant or allergen
2.Patients who do not comply with termination of application of External ointments for the eczematous lesions
3.Undertaking homoeopathic treatment for any other chronic disease or currently receiving treatment for Atopic dermatitis from any system of medicine
4.Erythema because of any other cause
5.Diagnosed cases of unstable psychiatric complaints
6.Any diagnosed systemic diseases affecting the quality of life
7.Pregnant and lactating women
8.Patients with immunocompromised conditions
9.Illiterate Patients who are unable to give written consent and fill in the assessment score
