Inclusion Criteria
Patients with pre-existing COPD of any stage according to GOLD without restriction regarding the reason for admission.
- Consent to the data protection declaration and patient information
- Willingness to answer the questionnaires completely
- Cognitive and verbal ability to answer the questionnaires
Exclusion Criteria
- Patient age <18 years
- Deafness
- Unable to consent

Name Time Method Is quality of life better in patients with COPD and high treatment adherence and compliance than in patients with low treatment adherence and compliance?
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Is treatment adherence and compliance lower in patients with more frequent exacerbations in the year prior to study inclusion? <br>2. Is the quality of life lower in patients with more frequent exacerbations? <br>3. Is the error rate in the use of inhaled therapy lower in patients with higher therapy adherence and compliance? <br>4. Evaluation with the question of weighted influence of subscores as well as error rate during inhalation on quality of life.
