Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 18-60 years
2. Confirm diagnosis of allergic rhinitis
Exclusion Criteria
1.chronic rhinosinusitis with or without nasal polyp
2.nasal mass or nasal cancer or sinus cancer
3.petient with adverse effect of probiotics
4.pregnancy or lactating woman
4.caution with probiotic e.g.immunocompromise, prosthetic heart valves, impaired intestine function, central venous catheter, jejunostomy, broad-spectrum antimicrobials and poorly control diabetes mellitus
