Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients who can give written consent by themselves (however, if writing is difficult, it will be signed by a proxy)
2. Patients aged 18 years or older
3. Patients with motor paresis of the upper extremities or impaired motor coordination of the upper extremities
4. Patients within 4 weeks after stroke onset (cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage)
Cerebral infarction and intraparenchymal hemorrhage after cerebral vasospasm caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage are also included

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients who can not move following simple instructions due to impaired consciousness or cognitive decline
2. Patients to whom it is difficult to attach electrodes due to skin diseases, etc.
3. Patients judged inappropriate for participation in this study by the principal investigator or co-investigator
